DIGITAL SUCCESS ACADEMY (DSA)
Last updated: April 2026
1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
Welcome to the Digital Success Academy (hereinafter "DSA"), an educational and entrepreneurial programme developed and operated by Hustle Media LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Member") and Hustle Media LTD. By accessing the platform, making a purchase or participating in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all provisions set out below.
These T&Cs apply to any person who:
Accesses the DSA programme in any format;
Purchases or resells the DSA as a licensed digital product — whether under the DSA brand or under a personalised unbranded name;
Participates in the private community hosted on Skool;
Uses any resources, tools, templates or bonuses provided within the programme.
2. LEGAL INFORMATION
Company name: Hustle Media LTD
Registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
Companies House registration number: 13354532

3. ACCESS AND USE CONDITIONS
3.1 Personal and Non-Transferable Access
Each DSA licence is strictly personal, registered in the Member's name, and non-transferable. The User agrees to:
Never share their login credentials with any third party;
Not create or use multiple accounts without prior written authorisation from Hustle Media LTD;
Respect all technical security measures implemented on the platform.
Any suspicious activity (inconsistent IP addresses, unauthorised multiple accounts) may result in manual verification, immediate suspension or permanent exclusion without refund.
3.2 Payment Options and Immediate Access to Resale Rights
Detailed pricing conditions — including access price, available payment options and resale terms — are communicated exclusively to active DSA members via the official community space on Skool.
This information is confidential and may not be disclosed publicly in any form whatsoever.
Immediate resale rights: Every member joins the DSA with immediate and full access to all resale rights, regardless of the payment option chosen. There is no waiting period or additional conditions to start selling from day one.
All members benefit from the same advantages, the same resources and the same rights — without exception and without distinction based on payment method.
3.3 Resale Under a Personalised Name (Unbranded Mode)
The DSA authorises each member to market the programme under a personalised brand name — different from "DSA" or "Digital Success Academy" — provided that the member strictly follows the code of conduct and guidelines communicated by Hustle Media LTD upon activation of this option.
This unbranded resale right is subject to the following conditions:
The member must follow and apply the official code communicated by Hustle Media LTD;
The programme content, modules and resources may not be modified, altered or misrepresented in any way;
The member agrees not to sell any other resell rights program as if it were DSA.
The member remains solely responsible for their marketing communications and personalised sales pages;
Any fraudulent, misleading or conduct contrary to the programme's values will result in the immediate revocation of this right, without refund.
4. SALES AND TRANSACTION VALIDATION
4.1 Reseller Obligations
Any member marketing the DSA — under the DSA brand or under a personalised name — agrees to:
Display their Skool email address visibly on every sales page used (Stan Store, Systeme.io, Beacons, Lovable, or any other individual platform);
Include a link to these T&Cs on every sales page;
Send each new client the official access link provided by Hustle Media LTD to join the Skool community.
4.2 Payment Proof Validation
For a new client's access to be validated and activated, the payment proof submitted to Hustle Media LTD must:
Be forwarded directly by the end client;
Include the reseller's Skool email address;
Show the exact amount corresponding to the official pricing options;
Explicitly mention "DSA", "Digital Success Academy" or the approved personalised name in the transaction reference or description.
Incomplete, altered, illegible or non-compliant proofs will be systematically rejected. After three consecutive invalid attempts, resale rights will be permanently revoked, with a contractual penalty of up to 300 €.
5. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND BEST PRACTICES
5.1 Official Platform
The only official DSA community platform is: https://www.skool.com/dsa
The creation or promotion of any parallel group (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, Slack or any other unauthorised channel) is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Member Commitments
By joining the DSA community, every member agrees to:
Respect every community member regardless of their experience level or pace;
Consult available resources before posting questions or requesting assistance;
Refrain from any solicitation, "contact me" messages or unauthorised commercial proposals within the community;
Only share authentic, verifiable results accompanied by official payment evidence;
Never direct, divert or encourage members toward third-party offers, programmes or services.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct and Immediate Sanctions
The following behaviours constitute serious violations and will result in permanent exclusion without notice, without possibility of reinstatement and without refund:
Spam in any form: mass messaging, repetitive commenting or artificial self-promotion;
Sending private messages for commercial or prospecting purposes relating to any product, service or coaching not expressly authorised by Hustle Media LTD;
Publishing false, exaggerated or deliberately misleading results without verifiable official payment evidence;
Disrespectful, offensive or defamatory conduct toward the founder, moderation team or any other member;
Any attempt to spy on, divert members from, or infiltrate the DSA on behalf of a competing programme.
5.4 Reporting and Community Vigilance
All members are encouraged to immediately report any suspicious behaviour using the "Report" function available on every Skool post or comment. All reports are handled in strict confidence. Your vigilance is an active contribution to the quality of the DSA community.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND UNAUTHORISED USE
All content accessible through the DSA — videos, scripts, visuals, templates, PDF documents, marketing materials, frameworks, emails, sales pages, hooks, AI prompts, b-roll resources, training modules and any other material — is protected by:
The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (United Kingdom);
Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament;
Applicable intellectual property legislation for members in relevant jurisdictions.
This content constitutes the exclusive property of Hustle Media LTD. Each member holds a personal, non-transferable licence of use.
6.1 Prohibited Uses
Without prior written authorisation from Hustle Media LTD, it is strictly prohibited to:
Share, reproduce, resell or redistribute any programme content, even partially;
Incorporate DSA resources into other unauthorised training programmes, products or groups;
Use or misappropriate any marketing material belonging to Hustle Media LTD or the MRR.CO brand without explicit authorisation;
Access bonuses, modules or files not included in the member's original offer;
Retrieve files through unofficial channels or unauthorised links.
6.2 Consequences of Violation
Any breach of these provisions will result in:
Immediate suspension or permanent exclusion from the DSA platform;
Revocation of resale rights where applicable;
A contractual penalty of between 200 € and 500 € depending on the severity of the violation;
Civil or criminal proceedings for copyright infringement or fraudulent misappropriation of protected content, in the United Kingdom and internationally.
7. MODIFICATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Modification of the email address associated with the DSA account is possible upon express request, subject to an administrative fee. This modification applies solely to the email used for commercial communications with clients — it does not directly affect the Skool login address.
8. REFUND POLICY
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once its execution has begun with the customer's express consent.
Accordingly, no refund will be granted after access has been activated or the access link has been sent to the member — for any reason whatsoever and without exception.
9. SANCTIONS AND PROCEDURES IN CASE OF VIOLATION
In the event of non-compliance with these T&Cs, Hustle Media LTD reserves the right to apply the following measures, proportionate to the severity of the violation:
Written reminder or warning for any isolated, unintentional error;
Temporary suspension of access pending investigation;
Contractual penalty of 100 €, 200 € or 300 € depending on the nature of the violation;
Permanent and irrevocable exclusion in cases of proven fraud, repeat offences or serious harm to the community or DSA's reputation;
Reinstatement may be considered only upon payment of a 600 € fixed penalty, subject to the sole discretion of Hustle Media LTD.
In cases of serious misconduct, an electronic formal notice will be sent to the registered email address. Failure to respond within 12 hours automatically results in permanent exclusion with no possibility of appeal.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These T&Cs are governed and interpreted exclusively under British law, and in particular:
UK Consumer Rights Act 2015;
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999;
Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR).
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of London, United Kingdom. No other jurisdiction will be recognised.
In cases of force majeure (pandemic, armed conflict, natural disaster, major network outage), Hustle Media LTD cannot be held liable for any interruptions or delays affecting the provision of services.
11. PROGRAMME PHILOSOPHY AND ETHICS
The DSA is not a promise of instant wealth. It is a rigorous, practical and evolving methodology, designed for those who wish to build a serious, sustainable and profitable digital business — using artificial intelligence, social media and digital products.
Members who achieve results are those who:
Follow the programme in order, without skipping steps;
Apply the methods taught with consistency and regularity;
Respect community rules and contribute positively to the DSA ecosystem;
Take action quickly rather than waiting for perfection.
Our mission is to deliver a clear, structured, ethical and internationally viable entrepreneurial framework — accessible to anyone motivated, regardless of their starting point.
